Music at St Catherine's is a thriving department and is led by two music specialists. Music is highly valued at the school and believes it greatly enhances a child's learning and promotes confidence. All pupils are taught by qualified music teachers, and are taught to read traditional notation from an early age. Performing opportunities include 2 large-scale productions, a large music concert, two terms of free instrumental tuition, the Christmas Carol concert every year, with other smaller performances taking place in community activities.
